Stephanie Bruno Herndon is Dash Event's co-founder + certified sommelier.
Stephanie became certified with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust in 2013 (one of the top wine programs in the world). Stephanie is currently a Diploma student with the WSET, a top qualification in the wine and spirits industry and a pre-requisite to the Master of Wine. The Diploma is an in-depth study of all major wine producing regions in the world, the business of wine, winemaking and food pairings. With only 324 Masters of Wine in the world, Stephanie feels fortunate to be part of this exclusive education program leading up to this designation.
Prior to starting Dash Events, Stephanie founded Somm Club in 2014, a personalized wine club and events business in the San Francisco Bay Area. Stephanie has spent 15+ years leading recruiting and event planning efforts for premier client services firms including McKinsey & Company, Morrison & Foerster LLP, DLA Piper LLP and Perkins+Will in San Francisco, New York City and Dallas.
Stephanie enjoys traveling and has extensively through Europe and the US, always in search of the next vineyard to explore.
Jessica Riels is Dash Event's co-founder + detail extraordinaire.
Jessica’s most valuable asset as an expert event planner is her 5+ years experience as a mother of two - hands down the most challenging job she has ever taken on.
Jessica is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. After undergraduate studies in English and Government, Jessica’s love of writing and politics drew her to our nation’s capitol where she pursued work on Capitol Hill. With the grace and skill of an air traffic controller, she arranged meetings and press events for Members of Congress. Her passion for helping others led her to the non-profit sector, in the personal office of Ambassador Nancy G. Brinker. Jessica managed the daily schedule of a high-profile government official and international non-profit founder. She continued this work in Italy, while accompanying her husband on military orders in Naples. There she was trained in southern Italian style cooking, and volunteered countless hours as a military liaison for the first-ever Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Naples, Italy.
Jessica currently volunteers as a children's ministry leader co-chairing Vacation Bible School and teaching preschoolers Godly Play on Sunday mornings. Jessica is organized, detail-oriented, creative and has 15+ years of experience in a myriad of event planning arenas and audiences.
